I ordered the pendant for my daughter for her godfather/uncle's ashes. She is very pleased with it. It is actually prettier than the online photo showed. The option to have the deceased initials engraved on the pendant is a particularly thoughtful touch.

The pendant arrived quickly, a few days after the chain I'd also purchased arrived. It came in a durable velvet box and included supplies for transferring ashes into the pendant, which was handy. It is a bit heavier than I imagined but hopefully the included chain will hold up. Overall I was very pleased with both the product and the customer service I received.
