The pendant arrived quickly, a few days after the chain I'd also purchased arrived. It came in a durable velvet box and included supplies for transferring ashes into the pendant, which was handy. It is a bit heavier than I imagined but hopefully the included chain will hold up. Overall I was very pleased with both the product and the customer service I received.
