Mostly great, one tiny glitch...

Product is beautiful but the screw holes are so incredibly tight that it was a real challenge to wrestle the screws out so I could put the ashes in, and now we're having a hard time putting the lid on flush -- my brother is going to try to gently loosen up the holes a little bit with a small drill bit so we can get the lid all the way on; right now it's not precisely screwed down all the way on one side (we turned it during the memorial service so that that didn't show). Other than that I'm very happy, and the customer service was great. I especially appreciated that when the product got shipped late, and so I was getting nervous, expedited shipping was provided for free and the urn came in plenty of time for the memorial service. I also appreciated that everyone I dealt with on the phone was friendly and easy to deal with -- very important when one is going through a difficult time like the loss of a family member. I will definitely recommend this site to other people, especially because of the fact that your company made sure that I had the urn in time for the memorial -- the thoughtful and conscientious service you provided was greatly appreciated at such a difficult time for our family.
