In addition to being impressed with the quantity, quality, and wide price range of online offerings, I received the urn five days before it was promised. The glass blown urn was not in stock, and customer service called the artist, who said he could make one and that it could be shipped on a Wednesday and would take five days to receive. Well, I actually received this one-of-a-kind, exquisite urn on Wednesday. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and quite impressed with the level of service that Memorials.com provided.
