I had actually found this urn on another site; however, that company did not guarantee fast shipping explaining the manufacturer had poor service. So when I found the same product on your site, and I was able to speak to a live person, ( I do not like online chat) I was able to purchase the size I needed and receive fast shipping, I was delighted. The person I spoke to was exceptionally nice, did some research and returned my call as to not keep me waiting. I was very happy. My only suggestion is to have this product also listed in the pet section.
