A piece of art

I used your website to purchase an Urn for a friend whose husband passed away. This widow was in financial duress and asked me to help her shop at a Pottery Store for a vase to put the ashes in. We found your website and viewed options before we went. When we got to the store I realized these items were not suitable for the intended purpose. We returned home and made a choice of a dignified urn that is suitable for the memorial service.
