Beautiful beyond our wildest dreams. Unfortunately her daughters didn't think it was fitting (too fancy) for her and we had to return it. I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service through every process of our transaction. The original lid was broken when it arrived and you and the artist were so quick to get us another so we could have it for the service. And your willingness to allow us to return the URN was so appreciated and unexpected. THANK YOU! I will pass your website along to others... I thought you were a delightful company with which to do business!!!!
