The flag display case that we received was more than we ever expected. The quality of workmanship and the detailing in the engraving was superior. Customer service was very polite and was quick to address any questions you might have. I would order off of them again. We did have some problem with the item being lost somewhere during delivery but Memorials was quick to correct the problem and had our flag case to us in time for Christmas. Thanks for being so caring and considerate.

This flag case is made of quality material and most of all it is made in the USA. It is only right that the American Flag be displayed in a case that is made in the USA. That is what the veterans fought for. I sure didn't want my Dad's funeral flag displayed in a case from China. He was a WWII veteran. I can not rate your product or service high enough.
