"The urn was very nice. The cross and rose were of centre by 1/4 inch. It arrived a week after it was ordered. Not held up at customs. No duty to pay, which was good (shipped to Canada). All of my e-mails were answered completely and honestly. Original phone call answered all of my questions and I felt assured that I could purchase the urn. Memorials.com ship to Canada other US companies do not. Thanks for all your assistance."
