I was upset after paying for 2nd day delivery, however it was fed ex fault and I was immediately refunded the price of 2 day shipping once I notified memorials.com. Being late, I was forced to put my loves ashes in the pendant and it was actually a peaceful experience, so in a way, I am happy it didn't arrive in the 2 days. I have not taken it off. I did use loctite on the screw once I was finished. Thank you for providing me a small semblance of peace during my devastating loss. It was definitely way more personal doing his ashes myself. "S.
