"I ordered this urn and had it express shipped the week of Thanksgiving to arrive on Friday in California at my Dad's house. I flew in on Friday and the urn was delivered a couple of hours later. I opened the beautiful blue box to unveil the gorgeous pewter heart to hold a piece of my Dad for me forever. He will be placed in my casket along with our cremated pets. My Dad passed on Monday 11/28/11 and I took the urn on Tuesday to the funeral home. They kept my urn and then shipped it to my home here in Texas. Although this was a very tough time in my life, Memorials.com made it easy. I called and left a message in the evening and the next day, a customer service rep left me a message on my cell phone. I called back and their customer service rep answered all of my questions, took my order and accommodated my shipping needs. Using Memorials.com was a wonderful experience. I also plan to look at future pet products when we need it. We have a few babies in boxes and 1 in an urn. My Dad will become part of the dearly departed that will be with us forever.
