More than satisfieded."This locket is very beautiful, exquisite, but I do find it a little to heavy. As for the service is unbelievably good, they took the time to search for my product, not that is was lost but because I live in Canada it took a little longer to get to me. Then because the locket was too heavy for me; they were more ready to help me choose a more suitable one and if I wouldn't of find one they were going to refund my money, what more can you ask for.
