Excellent Customer Service even when I had an issue"The pendant I purchased is beautiful and I am so grateful to keep my friend close to my heart. After ordering, I didn't receive the product when expected. I contacted customer service and the rectified the issue very quickly and personally.
One note is to make sure to glue the pendant's threaded "screw" in. I initially lost the pendant because it fell off, but luckily it had not has ashes in it yet. So, "assemble" it with your loved ones ashes and make sure it's glued."Ann Steigerwalt
