Urns"The Urns arrived the next day, 27hrs after ordering, regular ground, can't beat that. They were packed well and no damage. My only complaint is there were no instructions . It may seem foolish, but if you've never used an urn before you would never know the top doesn't come off and ashes are filled from the bottom In addition the bag the remains came in didn't fit through the base, so they had to be poured into the base, guess this the way to do, but a simple diagram would have helped."Phil Nash
