5 Star Customer Service"The girl in customer service I dealt with was 5 star, exceptionally great. I was on a tight time frame, and needed to know if the urn was in stock, get it engraved, and shipped overnight to get to me in 3 days max. The girl checked with the warehouse, the engraver and shipping. She confirmed it could be done, and got the urn to me and my family one day ahead of schedule to boot. Excellent, excellent, excellent service and professionalism. I know that this type of service should be given by all companies, however in my experience, it tends to be the exception not the rule. Again thanks to your customer service rep. and everyone in your organization that made my mothers arrangements a lot easier and getting her urn problem free."Victor Landeros
