Happy with my purchase"The product that arrived was exactly as described on website. I liked that the bronze sheet metal was thick enough to be engraved and that it was made in USA. I spent hours and hours going from one website to another to find this one-and-only product. There was one thing I wished for... It was the first time I looked inside an urn. It was ugly. Probably welding burn marks? I wish it was lined or polished or something to make the inside look as nice as the outside. Spoke with a customer service agent twice.
