Returning Customer"I wanted an urn that's engravable, indestructible, and made in USA. I spent a lot of time looking for an urn that fit these criteria. I finally found one at Memorials.com, the Solitude Bronze Cremation Urn. I bought it for my mom's ashes and came back to Memorials.com three years later to buy another one for my dad's ashes. Happy with my purchase"The product that arrived was exactly as described on website. I liked that the bronze sheet metal was thick enough to be engraved and that it was made in USA. I spent hours and hours going from one website to another to find this one-and-only product. There was one thing I wished for... It was the first time I looked inside an urn. It was ugly. Probably welding burn marks? I wish it was lined or polished or something to make the inside look as nice as the outside. Spoke with a customer service agent twice.
