Once you place your order with us the first step for us is to contact the cemetery where we do a “Cemetery Verification”; meaning we check on all rules, regulations and requirements.
While we check with the cemetery you can e-mail us your pictures by replying to our order notification and attaching the pictures (scanned at 300-600 dpi) numbered in order of importance.
After we receive cemetery approval, we will do a layout proof for you and e-mail you the layout of the grave marker; we like for you to see the layout before we make your marker. You have 1 free layout change available after the original layout.

When we receive your approval, your Grave Marker will move into the production phase. After the bronze grave marker is completed we will ship the grave marker directly to the cemetery, where the cemetery will do the installation for you. The whole process takes about 6-8 weeks after we have cemetery and your approval. These beautiful memorial headstones are designed to outlast time and become a place to visit for generations to come.
