"I purchased a Bronze/Granite Grave Marker last year for my Mother's service in Kansas City. I chose the Hawaiian theme with the upgrade blue pearl marble and a teal/green bronze upgrade patina. They sent me markup pictures beforehand, I made a few minor adjustments which they did not charge me for, and the funeral home sent me pictures of the Marker at the gravesite after it had been placed. It's as unique as she was, and I'll be going to visit in person in two weeks; I live a few states away and I'm very much looking forward to visiting her final resting place again. Everyone from this company was thoroughly compassionate, friendly, and professional. "The pendant I purchased is beautiful and I am so grateful to keep my friend close to my heart. After ordering, I didn't receive the product when expected. I contacted customer service and the rectified the issue very quickly and personally.
One note is to make sure to glue the pendant's threaded "screw" in. I initially lost the pendant because it fell off, but luckily it had not has ashes in it yet. So, "assemble" it with your loved ones ashes and make sure it's glued." Ann Steigerwalt
