The cat on our Urn had a broken ear, I called the company, and they were so kind and understanding, they ordered me another right away. I offered to send the broken one back, but the nice lady who took care of me, obviously knew I was grieving and told me not necessary to send back.
I was only charged for the original. Even though the ear is 1/2 missing on the broken one, it's too beautiful to throw away, so I have it on my night stand.
I'm really impressed with the service I received, and the cost was affordable.
They make beautiful Urns. I highly recommend this company to anyone who may need an Urn.
I know my kitty is at peace at home with us, and it's such a wonderful feeling every time I see his urn.
