Amazing"I cannot express how simply amazed I am by this urn. It its so much more that I expected it to be, and a befitting resting place for my bunny. It is beautifully crafted, and the engraving is stunning. This urn was the only urn out of the hundreds I have searched through that truly captured the personality of my bunny. I appreciate that the ears on the included rabbit engraving are erected; as my bunny had erect ears. Most urns represent lop bunnies. I was truly brought to tears when I opened the package today. I had been very worried about such an expensive purchase without actually seeing it for myself. I also included the personalized engraving which meant that I couldn’t return it if I was unhappy. I can assure you my worries are no longer relevant. Not only am I extremely happy with the outcome of the product, I must include that the customer service was remarkable. I made a mistake on my order and I had a phone call within a few hours of the order being placed. They made it very easy to fix my mistake and I had the item at my door in less than a week.
