The core of the urn is made of aerospace aluminum by the process of extrusion from an exclusive matrix, cut to millimetric precision and the top and base are made from recycled aluminum by a process of die casting. These 3 parts are sealed and hand assembled with stainless steel screws to prevent electrolysis and so insure the everlasting durability of the product. The cremation urns will memorialize your loved one forever. When the artist makes the urn a special person is kept in mind. The engraving is done on paper which is inserted into the urn. <BR> Bottom opening with screws. <br><br> <strong>Painted Aluminum:</strong><br> The electrostatic paint, oven cooked at a high degree gives a smooth satin finish more resistant to exterior elements than lacquer and ordinary paint. That finish resembles in texture as much as in appearance to the original oriental lacquer.
