Quality and design

Simple, elegant design, exactly what we wanted, just one little flaw in the wood grain on one side.

Style are good, but the paint is easy to scratch

I like the style of this urn. However, the paint of this urn is very easy to scratch. I already lost some paint and get scratches in the urn after the memorial services.

Beautiful

The double urn was true to your picture online for color. I am very pleased with your product and the ease of ordering. I don't remember the young lady's name who spoke with me on the phone, but she is a huge asset to your company! Kind, sincere, polite, knowledgeable, concerned, I could go on and on. She even called me to double check on something about my order, made some inquiries about it and called me back to make suggestions. Awesome young lady, keep her around.

Brass Plaque for the Cremation Urn

Excellent quality. Because of the environment our urn was viewed in (very low light) the script font was a little difficult to read so next time we would choose a regular font.

I carry it in my pocket

Nice little urn I keep my wife's ashes in..... keep her in my pocket in a plastic coin folder. Gave the silver chain to my daughter. Kinda small, about the size of a nickle..... would have liked to had one about the size of a silver dollar. I bought an urn for my still-born son from Memorials about 7 years ago and they did a great job.

Urn Rating

I am extremely pleased with the urn that I purchased. It was actually a little nicer than I expected...... heavier and more sturdy than I expected, so thank you for that! I am pleased to have this done and one less worry to place on my family when it is my time to leave this earth!

More than satisfied

I ordered one the day after my mom past, and it came in even before her ashes did... It is absolutely perfect, I will be able to always have her close to my heart with this... I chose purple (for stomach cancer awareness) that is what took my mom's life at just 61 years old... I loved it so much just ordered 2 more for my aunt & sister...

Very pretty Urn

This item arrived timely and was packaged well. This is my first time purchasing an urn for a pet. It is a bit shocking to pull the urn out and see just how tiny it is for your furry companion's ashes. The design is unique and can sit on a shelf without screaming "HELLO I HAVE ASHES IN ME". In the inevitably (sadly because they all die at some point) circumstance I have to purchase another, I would definitely order from this company again.

Very Pleased and Great Price

Very high quality and speedy delivery and at a great price. The only issue is the website would not allow me to order online so I called in the order and the person who helped me was great.

Beautiful But Larger Than Photo Online

Firstly your shipping time was fantastic. Arrived in just a couple days! When I opened the box I was surprised that the actual pendent was about twice the size of what the photo appeared on your website. I am still happy with the item, the color is perfect and it was a great gift to my daughter to keep a part of her grandfather with her forever.
