I have never used an urn like this before. I was able to shake-out the ashes and distribute them to people attending the memorial. The urn was larger than I thought it would be. The urn had to be scanned separately by TSA. I left the urn with a friend to use as a dried flower vase.

Acacia Art Urn

This is a beautiful urn and it was well worth the wait. There was some difficulty in getting it from the artist, but the customer service folks could not have been more accommodating. Mandelay Urn

This urn I ordered for me. Since my mother-in-law's death a few years ago I've been telling my family that I wanted to "enjoy" my urn before I had to use it. It now sits on display in my house. A beautiful piece of art that will, in the future, be one less decision that my family has to make when my time comes to an end.

Love my pendant !

I haven't used the customer service yet, but the quality of my pendent is very well made. I love this pendant. It is everything I was looking for, for a wearable urn for my fathers ashes. The chain length was a perfect length. The delivery was very quick, faster than I expected. Before I knew it I had my pendent in the mail. I've been wearing it ever since.

We absolutely love this Urn. It is beautifully crafted - very good quality work. It was very affordable, the funeral home showed us the very same box and wanted $1,200 where we only paid around $400 with you. Mother would have been very pleased.

We are very pleased with this product - the urn was very difficult to open - a note just telling us would have been helpful - the funeral home did call you and said you were very helpful and told them just how to do it.

The picture turned out excellent
