I wear it EVERYDAY

It is fairly heavy. It requires me to wear it on a 24" chain. When I used to have it on a shorter chain every time I would lean down to pick something up the pendant would swing hitting me in my front teeth. Not safe. besides that I love it. I never leave my house without it. I really do feel a closeness to my father knowing that I actually, physically, carry him with me everyday, always.

Beautiful Piece wrong color

The heart is beautiful but did not come in the color described on the website. Color was to be a " Caribbean blue backdrop leaves your loved one's cremains highly visible. The color online is a gorgeous blue and green but the heart pendant I received was a very dark ink color with a wedge wood blue type color swirled.

Beautiful Pendant

I absolutely love this pendant. It is as beautiful as is looked online. The only issue I have is it was shown online sitting sideways on the chain but the pendant I received was hanging straight up and down. I wish I had realized this as they are two very different looks and I much prefer the bead sideways on the chain.

Walnut Display Case

The customer service was great. I bought 3 displays and one came broken. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement right away. That display came even more broken than the first one. I took pictures of them both and sent them to customer service and they sent me another replacement right away. I was disappointed that the shipper kept damaging the item but in the end I have a great display for my mothers cremation pendant. Thank you for the great customer service.
