Small flaw

We really like the urn we purchased. The craftsmanship was very nice with one exception. There is a small flaw on the corner in the back... looks like the wood split and someone tried to repair it, rather than replace that piece. It is noticeable as the "line" is broken... but only when you look at it from the side or back. Obviously, we are not displeased enough to return it... and it looks to be hand-crafted, so imperfections may appear in the next piece, as well. Overall, we are happy with the purchase.

SAND SHELL URN

The product worked exactly as promised and gently floated for about three minutes before gracefully sinking into the sea.

Pet Paw Memorial

Recently we had to do what all pet owners dread. We rescued her 15+ years ago and lacking children , she was my wife's constant companion. Your product matched our needs on so many levels. It is a quality piece that she is proud to wear on any occasion. It captures the essence of our black Lab and gold jewelry. Additionally, as a rescue pilot for Pilots N Paws, your piece ties in nicely with our logo and it's symbol of rescue of homeless dogs. My wife cried over how perfect it is.

Title gives accurate discription of product. Was great for my husband.

My husband was a woodworker. This is the reason I choose this Urn. Your company has the largest selection available. I had a hard time choosing. I am extremely pleased with the excellent craftsmanship. The company custom made this Urn for me giving me a bit more room at the bottom for a larger name plate. I received by Urn in just a few days. I would, and have recommended your company to my mortuary and others who have commented on it. Thanks for this opportunity to praise your company and service. I was happy to receive a call and speak to a live person while in the ordering phase for customization.

Heart cremation keepsake

Although it came with a funnel it was still a bit more difficult to fill. Based on how fine the ashes are this could present a problem. It's also hard to tell how far its been filled. But that was easy to work around and the quality and design are great for a great price!

Thank you!

I've had my Kittie, "Sugar Momma" for 13 years, and have 5 of her Babies. She was the Sweetest Kittie ever, always tending to her Babies no matter how old they were. I didn't have the heart to have her put down after being told she was going through renial Failure. We made her Very Comfortable, for three more weeks, and She Died in my arms while I rocked her, and Cried. I love the Keepsake Pendant, I put a Tuft of her fur inside, soaked in my tears, & buried her with a small ponytail of my hair on her collar. We put in a few mementos and I know that She will Always be by my side. Thank You!
