Exactly what I expected - great product

This is my second purchase from Memorials.com. I'm extremely impressed with the product. Losing a member of the family is a terrible thing however honoring them with this memorial is a great way to keep their memory alive.

Child Urns

The urns I ordered were classic and warm looking. I would order the same urns again. I had to order urns under the worst circumstance a mother could ever go through, the death of her child. Memorials.com not only had the selection of urns they had the staff that was kind and helpful and they made the situation a little easier for me.

Product brought us peace during a tumultuous time

Upon receiving the news that our son was to be born premature and would be stillborn my husband and my life was changed together. Suddenly we were planning a memorial for a child we had eagerly anticipated and were daunted by the amount of planning that had to be accomplished in a short period. What I thought would have been one of he hardest decisions in this process turned out to be the easiest. I looked at a few websites for infant and children's urns and couldn't find anything that I liked. When I perused your website I saw a number of urns I liked but knew as soon as I saw the "Green Sea Children Urn" that my decision had been made. I showed the image to my husband and he told me to stop looking and buy it now. We've found it. He was right of course, and our product arrived quickly, even after having to be special ordered from the artist, and is a beautiful piece. The craftsmanship is spectacular and it is unique just like our son would have been.

Highly satisfied

I am highly satisfied with my purchase. The urn is very well crafted, and the angel is beautifully detailed. I ordered it shipped via regular ground delivery and received it in exactly 1 week. I ordered this urn as part of our advanced planning for my mother, and I'm glad I did. The price was much lower than if I had waited & ordered it through a funeral home at the time-of-need. I would highly recommend Memorials.com & this particular urn.

Jewelry

The funnel system to fill the jewelry didn't work at all. Opening really isn't large enough. Cremains are not fine enough to fit through funnel. I made a little scoop to work them in.

Wood urn

The urn was exactly what we wanted. The only surprise was where the lettering was placed, and it's size. I was imagining smaller text on the top of the container for some reason. An image on the website of where the text will be placed might help future customers.
