Always great service

Customer service went above and beyond to help make sure this product made it to my door. They kept me informed every step of the way and, unfortunately, this is not my first order and every time the service has been tremendous.

Beautiful Design

The urn I received was beautiful. My only issue was that it does not sit flat.

Love the way it came out at the end. It took a bit but was well worth the wait.

Love the stone color

Beautiful how the stone color came out. Everything was done for us even the communication with the cemetery was handled by Memorials.com.

Pink Funeral Urn

It was prettier than I imagined (the picture on the website did not do it justice) for one of the lower priced urns. I'm sure my aunt (whose remains were placed in the urn) would have been pleased.

Thank you

It was the hardest thing I have ever had to go through and you had the perfect urn for my girl. It’s rare to see black and white jack Russell anything. I was even able to edit the sculpture to look more like her! Thank you

So beautiful!

This urn is perfect for my sisters ashes. It reminds me of her. Beautiful, bright and full of colorful life! It’s so sad she’s gone but it makes me smile when I see her urn and how perfect it was for her.

Returned to purchase one of your products!

I purchased an urn vault back in 2011 when my brother passed and returned to your site to purchase an urn vault for my mother since she has passed ... I like your products a lot ... and your website is easy to use and I think your prices are reasonable.
