Gold & Marble

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The urn is high quality. A sales person called to let me know the gold was not available. She sent me a picture of the available color, more bronze looking, which we chose and are very happy that we did. Great service. Thank you.

Bronze Angel Urn

When I saw this angel, I knew that this was the one. Other family members wanted to opt for a $200. Price range & other products, so I took the 200.00 & put it towards what I knew in my heart to be the right one & it is with no doubt. My daughter would be pleased. People at her service noted how beautiful it is & my supervisor was surprised that I got it on line. I had looked at several funeral homes products & nothing compares to what your company offers. I keep a candle lit beside her every night & had one at the service & it was just beautiful. Thank you & I have & will recommend your company.

Made in America !!

I chose the cherry Trooper Flag Display case. It's beautifully made. The engraved plaque that comes with it makes so personal. And to add to my satisfaction it states "Made in America." It doesn't get any better than that. Not to mention how reasonable the price is.

Wonderful

The colors are much more pure on the real urn, the picture does the urn no justice - much more beautiful.

Beautiful necklace!

Very pleased with the quality of this necklace and how beautiful it is. My father just passed away and all my sisters and my mother ordered this necklace for each of us and now we each have a part of my father near our "hearts".

Eternity Urn

This urn offers exceptional value without compensating high quality along with an elegant appearance. Very pleased with how well it compliments the Eternal Ring Urn in which we purchased from your site 3 yrs ago for my mother. My father loved that urn and when he passed away this year I found this urn to be a perfect companion piece that is just slightly a bit more masculine. They look gorgeous together on our mantle.

Praying Hands

The quality and beauty of the memorial urn are just what he would have wanted. When his ashes were transferred to it at the funeral home everyone admired it. It is beautiful enough to be placed anywhere and only recognized, by those who do not know its contents, as a beautiful praying hands piece. Thank you for easing the grief his family feels by providing this urn for us.

Beautiful but picture was deceiving

We loved this urn but it was baby blue, not like the color in the picture. Not Memorial.com's fault but UPS seriously messed up our order. Customer service was very pleasant to work with and kept up on the order until we got it. I would order from here again, just make sure someone can sign for UPS or they won't deliver it.

Great quality and service

Great price, super fast shipping :) we wanted a longer quote than what would fit on the original plaque and customer service was able to help us right away, with no extra charges.

Quality of product

I was very pleased with the quality of the product. They only suggestion I could make would be to make the eyes more realistic. They were dull and had a very small amount of some kind of glue that I removed. But absolutely no complaints.

Positives and negatives

The two urns were beautiful. I was disappointed that I had paid extra for overnight delivery, (ordered on Saturday and expected it to be here on Tuesday)but I had to wait a week (the following Monday) to get the urns. There should be something that tells you there is no such thing as overnight delivery because the urns are not made until the order is placed.
