Beautiful, well made, rich and heirloom quality. Reflects my husband's journey thru life... he would be pleased. The urn was delivered on the day they said it would, however, the wrong urn was shipped. After a call to customer service, arrangements were made to have the wrong one picked up the next day, and it was, but, more importantly, arrangements were made to deliver the correct one, directly to the funeral home. It arrived just in time for his "Celebration of Life". Someone from the warehouse should have realized the wrong urn was going out... BIG difference between oak and WALNUT !! Customer service did take care of the mistake, and that is what matters.

My aunt and I each purchased this kit as a memorial for my mother who loved dichroic glass. The ordering process was very easy, and arrived in just a few days. As we had ordered the product before my mother's passing, we were able to share our decisions with her, which she loved. Even more wonderful, when we received the vial from the artist who will be making our pendants, we discovered that she lives and works just outside of the small town where I grew up. The information she provided about herself and the process made me very comfortable with the whole process. Thanks for making one thing about this whole process of losing my mother easier.

Companion Urn

The urn was just as nice as it was described. The engraving was well done and looked great. What was a bit difficult for me was trying to figure out what size urn I needed for the ashes I had. The urn I bought was just barely large enough for my Dad's ashes (as I had it divided.) Otherwise, I think you sell good products and services. The urn will be buried this coming Wednesday.
