More than satisfieded.

This locket is very beautiful, exquisite, but I do find it a little to heavy. As for the service is unbelievably good, they took the time to search for my product, not that is was lost but because I live in Canada it took a little longer to get to me. Then because the locket was too heavy for me; they were more ready to help me choose a more suitable one and if I wouldn't of find one they were going to refund my money, what more can you ask for. Thank you ever so much.

The quality of workmanship was masterful. I was so afraid to order something so important to my family on-line, and as I carefully opened the package I felt it looked like a piece of jewelry. The picture on the website can't show the recessed area where the flowers are carved and how remarkably beautiful this solid bronze urn is. Everyone in the family is so happy that we were able to find a beautiful urn to match our beautiful Mother. It's very heavy and the florist made a custom arrangement around it in the Chapel with light and dark pink roses and had to use special heavy material mold to support it. Even though it doesn't say anything about it on the website, there are so many symbols offered for engraving and they just emailed them to me. Everything from religious, military, flowers, doves, animals, and so many others. Also, it shows only 3 lines of engraving and I asked for 4, and they said if there was room and it looked nice they would do it. They did it, and it was no charge.

Sunflower Keepsake

I wanted a token to keep with me to remind me of my Mother. She collected sunflowers. Not only is it a beautiful charm but it holds a lock of her hair. Yet, it doesn't look like an urn which some may find morbid. If I don't tell people what it is they just think it's a pretty necklace. Thank you for your service and class.

Very pleased with product. Was looking for something that resembled my beloved dog, and here it was. Just like when she was a puppy. Happy to look at it each day & have fond memories brought back to help ease the loss of her. Makes me smile more each day instead of cry. Gave it 4 stars because I did think the cost was a little pricey since it's resin & not ceramic or something, but still worth it in the end if you're a pet "Mommy".
