Beautiful urn, excellent service

I ordered this for my wife, so it had to be special. It was delivered promptly and exceeded my expectations. There was an additional day delay with the engraving, but Memorials.com made sure I was informed. When I took it to the funeral home (which has lost the business to sell me an urn), the people there all commented on how beautiful it was. I should add that I shopped several other site before deciding on this urn. All were less expensive than the funeral home, so price wasn't an issue, but the appearance of the urn was.

I just loved the urn

When I picked out this urn I picked it because each one is unique in it's own individual way. When I received it at home it looked a little crooked but I still loved it. I bought it for my Mother's ashes and since she was unique it suited her well. It was wonderfully priced and I remain to be a happy customer till this day.

It is a wonderful way to remember the first guide dog i raised as a puppy for Fidelco guide dog foundation. It was a huge loss when she crossed on April 8th. I brought the remainder of her ashes up to my family memorial bench in Maine overlooking the ocean. There I gently placed the remainder of her ashes. So the pendant and having her near me in Maine keep her memory alive. I have had so many comments on the previous pendant I ordered from you for my other retired Fidelco guide dog. Even a jeweler commented on how beautiful it is. Thank you for your wonderful work.
