This is my second purchase from you, my first being for a beautiful marker for my Basset Hounds grave site and now one for me so when I go I will have my ashes buried next to my beloved pets. As usual the marker was beautiful and your customer service was especially pleasant but that is because Debbie is so helpful in answering any questions and has been more then helpful in getting the memorial done and shipped out. You can't go wrong with ordering anything from this company. I will be back for another when I loose my beloved cat Mommy.

Slate Keepsake Cremation Urn

It was surprisingly easy to order the urn. The time in which we received the urn was very fast. I was expecting weeks and we received it within days. I was very impressed. The quality of the urn was great as well. I was pleasantly surprised. The only complaint that I would have would be the cost of having this engraved was almost as much as the urn itself so consequently we did not have it done. It would have been a nice addition to it. Overall we were very pleased with our purchase and experience. Thank you for helping in such a difficult time.

Mostly great, one tiny glitch...

Product is beautiful but the screw holes are so incredibly tight that it was a real challenge to wrestle the screws out so I could put the ashes in, and now we're having a hard time putting the lid on flush -- my brother is going to try to gently loosen up the holes a little bit with a small drill bit so we can get the lid all the way on; right now it's not precisely screwed down all the way on one side (we turned it during the memorial service so that that didn't show). Other than that I'm very happy, and the customer service was great. I especially appreciated that when the product got shipped late, and so I was getting nervous, expedited shipping was provided for free and the urn came in plenty of time for the memorial service. I also appreciated that everyone I dealt with on the phone was friendly and easy to deal with -- very important when one is going through a difficult time like the loss of a family member. I will definitely recommend this site to other people, especially because of the fact that your company made sure that I had the urn in time for the memorial -- the thoughtful and conscientious service you provided was greatly appreciated at such a difficult time for our family.
