So Thankful

The thought of looking and buying the perfect resting "HOTEL" ( as my Mom calls her urn) was not something I wanted to do. After losing my Dad, I certainly did not want to think of my Mom not being here with us, but she insisted on having things ready for when she does reunite with Dad. The pendant arrived quickly, a few days after the chain I'd also purchased arrived. It came in a durable velvet box and included supplies for transferring ashes into the pendant, which was handy. It is a bit heavier than I imagined but hopefully the included chain will hold up. Overall I was very pleased with both the product and the customer service I received.
