Promises Exceeded

In addition to being impressed with the quantity, quality, and wide price range of online offerings, I received the urn five days before it was promised. The glass blown urn was not in stock, and customer service called the artist, who said he could make one and that it could be shipped on a Wednesday and would take five days to receive. Well, I actually received this one-of-a-kind, exquisite urn on Wednesday. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and quite impressed with the level of service that Memorials.com provided.

Very Pleased !

The urn pendant was a good size for holding a sufficient amount of remains without being so bulky that I can't wear two of them (one for each of my passed dogs). I get many compliments on them.

Made in the USA

This was the only site that has made in the USA boxes. My husband’s American flag that was draped over his casket was not going in a shadow box, made anywhere else but the USA. On other sites, it never said, so I did call, and no they were not made in the USA. Yes, they were cheaper, but how cheap are we going to get, when you put your American flag, in a made in china box???? Thank you for the American made products Penny Pember
