Individual Bronze Headstone

Thank You for the excellent service. My brother recommended your sight, as we have both recently lost our spouses. We were pleased to use Representative Debbie to help both of us in our stressful time. I have only marked down delivery of product because we were not notified when shipped; the shipper had the product locally almost 2 weeks before they sent a letter to finalize delivery. Regards, Tim

A+++++ Customer Service

Beautiful beyond our wildest dreams. Unfortunately her daughters didn't think it was fitting (too fancy) for her and we had to return it. I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service through every process of our transaction. The original lid was broken when it arrived and you and the artist were so quick to get us another so we could have it for the service. And your willingness to allow us to return the URN was so appreciated and unexpected. THANK YOU! I will pass your website along to others... I thought you were a delightful company with which to do business!!!!

A Beautiful Urn For My Wonderful Pet

I would really like to thank everyone at Memorials.com for having such a wonderful, easy to navigate website. I appreciate the many patterns available on your keepsake urns and how affordable they are. I've purchased urns for four of my pet ferrets and the Americana Keepsake Urn really fit 'Clyde's' personality. I love the craftsmanship and beautiful detail work. We've received several compliments on your keepsake urns and it's been my pleasure to provide them with your website. Some have even apologized for not believing all the good things I tell them about Memorials.com. I also appreciate the ease of ordering and the fast, safe shipping your company provides. You're my first and only choice for urns for our pets. Thank you for providing an exquisite product for my one-of-a-kind pet. Sincerely, Barbara Garvin
