Urn Purchase Made Easy

After ordering the Cremation Urn for my father's ashes, the funeral home was most uncooperative. I called Memorials.com distressed, and they where most helpful in helping me to deal with the funeral home. They also kindly offered to refund the money for the urn if we were unable to resolve the situation with the funeral home. My mother loves the urn; it is just what she wanted for hers and my father's ashes. I am grateful for people like the Customer Support who understand how vulnerable one feels in this whole process. Beautiful Riverstone Urn

I bought one of this artists urns and I could not have been happier. The urn that I got was even more beautiful than the ones pictured. The effect this artist gets with fire on clay looks like a God painted landscape. The woven clay detail in the lid reminds me of trees and branches. The feel of this piece is smoothly polished and a pleasure to touch. The artist who makes these is doing a great service.

Made a difficult time a little bit easier

Since we live in a small town, there was only one place for us to go locally to get a headstone. We waited several months after our initial visit with them and never received a phone call; after numerous attempts, we gave up and began our search online. We found Memorials.com, and within a week, we had made our selection and had already been contacted by a representative. We waited 6 months to get a phone call from the other guys, and Memorials.com had our daughter's headstone to us in less then half that time. I am so pleased with the headstone and the grave marker was less expensive than my local sources. The bronze grave marker is beautiful I know my mother and father would be pleased. I worried about using the internet to make such a purchase. But I could not justify the local mortuary charging me 3 to 4 times the amount you are charging.
