Great customer service

The color was off but the product is handmade, you would expect each one to be different. It was perfect for our daughter's ashes.

Pleased with the purchase.....

Ended up getting this product because there was a substantial difference in weight between the all marble one I wanted and the bronze-marble one I purchased.

Pet urns

We have always let the same company take care of the urns and cremation services from 2000 until 01/31/2018, when we lost our 4-legged babies. We discovered Memorials.com has the same urn that we were being charged in excess for.

A precious memory

I received my pendant yesterday and am wearing it now. I appreciated how thoughtfully the artist handled my husbands ashes and the pendant is beautiful. The ashes left over were returned to me which I also appreciated. It is a work of art and I am very happy with it and love knowing that some of my husbands ashes helped to make it so beautiful.

Great for atypical urns

I don't like the look of traditional urns but this bird urn was exactly what I wanted. When someone looks at it they don't think it's an urn. I can have my dad's ashes anywhere in the house.

Thank You!

Both keepsake urns I ordered for my cats turned out absolutely beautiful! My cats passed away only 7.5 months apart and I wanted to get a similar urn for my second cat and I wanted to make sure that the engraving was done in the same way as the first one. I called after I placed my order and told the representative I talked to about my concerns and they were very understanding and helpful and suggested that I send a picture of the engraving on the first urn. So I was able to email that to them and they replied right away saying that my email and picture was forwarded on to the engraver. The urn arrived and it was exactly how I wanted it and I was absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much for your compassion and excellent service. It really means a lot!

Beautiful urn

First of all, the picture does not do this urn any justice, and it’s a pretty good picture. It’s stunning quality is an elegant final resting place that I have proudly chosen for my father. It is placed in my home in a location where he can be seen at all times with a remembrance light. In addition, the staff at memorials.com are a treasure. Very kind and extremely helpful. Thank you for an amazing experience all around.
