Very Pleased With Urn

I want to thank you for the fine marble urn which we purchased for my aunt's remains. It was both beautiful and durable and was also affordable. We were very pleased and feel that it was a fitting tribute to her.

Beautiful Urn

I love the look of the urn that we got. I feel like it will look great in our home for years to come. My only complaint would be that it seems as though the lid threading is slightly askew is easily comes off track and becomes almost impossibly stuck. Otherwise, this urn was perfect.

Overall an good experience

Urn itself was excellent. Very nice. Could have included plastic zip ties for bag(s) closure instead of the wire twisties. However, this is a very, very minor issue.

Awesome company

My 25 year old grandson was hit by a car, after months in the hospital he passed away. I order a beautiful urn and a plaque, because of my suffering, I somehow added an extra letter to his name, when I contacted Memorial.com, and explained what I’ll done, and I needed to try and get it fix, they understand and sent me another plaque free of charge. I was blessed, they understood what happen and was very kind too me and overnight-ed the new plaque. I can’t thank them enough, my daughter is so pleased with the beautiful urn and plaque, she no longer have too keep him in a little cardboard box, she can show him off to the world.

Absolutely Beautiful

When my mother's urn arrived and I unpacked it - my breath was taken away of how beautiful it was. Her favorite flowers were carnations and I found an urn that had red carnations carved on the front. Everyone at the memorial commented on how beautiful it was. I would recommend Memorial.com for anyone looking for that something special that suits your loved one, then besides the stand, plain, boring urns at the funeral homes :)

Beautiful Keepsake Urn

This was a beautiful Keepsake Urn. Just was not expecting it to be a Keepsake Urn, I thought the word Keepsake was the name brand. The regular price was listed as several hundred dollars (can't remember exact) and the sale price was $19.99. Which may me think it was just a clearance Urn or a possible damaged urn, I was very surprised when it was a Keepsake size. The original price was what deceived me into thinking it was a regular size urn. I didn't understand what the word "Keepsake" meant, this was the first time ever ordering anything like this. The company was wonderful letting me return it, and understood why I would have thought it was a regular size Urn, based on what the original price was advertised. Over-all, I was completely satisfied with the customer service. I would order again with this company, now that I know more what to look for when ordering.

Beautiful, Elegant, Timeless Perfection

I love this urn. I broke the lid and hope that they can replace just the lid. It will have to become a vase if I can't get a new lid because it's that beautiful. It's so pretty and blends in with gold, pewter, champagne colors so if you change your decorating color scheme in it's looking cation, it still looks perfect. High quality. Better than expected. I was not looking at the price, but the cost is a relatively cheap price. Thank you.

Ladies square cremation ring size six

This ring is a show piece, it sits high on my finger and the design is unique. The only question I have is why is the ring a gold tone if it's stainless steel?

Hand crafted

I bought two of these, one for now and one for later. They will be side by side. However, if you put them side by side, they do not quite lines up. It looks like each one is made separately with no fixture for assembly. The finish is very nice. I did not use Memorials.com engraving because the design choices are too limited.

Kathy's an Angel

Loved the angel... the green spark-lies in the plaster made it even more beautiful. My sister collected angel statues so is a perfect resting place for her. Very happy to have found it.
