Lovely Urn

A beautiful urn. Understated but very fancy, as cut crystal usually is. There were not enough photos of the urn and it's lid, and there were not enough specific details about its size, etc. I would suggest that your product descriptions and photos have more details. Buying an urn is a big decision and if you're doing it online, it would be really helpful, and comforting, to have all the details and aspects of the products. I did, however, contact your customer service and the gal was SUPER helpful, kind and prompt getting all my questions answered by the artist. A+ for customer service!

I am completely impressed with the work and the instructions from the artist. She made the experience of submitting my loved one's ashes for this unique product very personal and touching. Requesting photos to connect with my loved one as she worked the piece truly made it a very special experience. Grave marker

Product was fine. Should have been more "On it" to get approvals from cemetery, the cemetery took forever to give us the approval. Once we had the approval it was done in a good timely manner.

This necklace is gorgeous. I wanted something extra special to hold my belated cats remains. She's been the most important part of my life since before I can remember.
