High quality product

We were able to bury our relative in this urn and saved money at the cemetery not needing an outer container.

Beautifully crafted

The cat is beautifully crafted... the eyes are especially well done. I did have to paint it with more black to represent my tuxedo cat. Looks GREAT.

This honored my brother's service to our country

I can't thank you enough for being able to afford a beautiful urn that honored my brothers 20+ yrs in the US Navy. Your excellent, above & beyond customer service, through a difficult time, was so greatly appreciated. I will recommend your website to everyone.

Memory Bead

I'm so glad I found this item. I wanted something that was going to be near and used daily. I looked at a number of items at a few online sites and didn't find anything that moved me... until I saw these beads. The ordering process, promptness of responses, packaging, clarity of directions, and product itself were all amazing. I couldn't have expected more. And the artist? Wow! So kind and thoughtful. The careful handling and packaging were only eclipsed by the wonderful, caring, handwritten notes. Thank you so much.

The pendant is beautiful. It was a bit difficult to put the ashes into the wing. The compartment seemed extremely small.

The companion cremation necklace is wonderful. The only it's missing is something to hold it together before when both charms are on one necklace it doesn't stay together.

It was a gift! And she LOVED it!

I ordered this for my friend whose Great Dane had just crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and her dog's favorite color was boo! She loved it! Her husband put the ashes in for her, and she has been wearing it all over! I didn't see it, but she has told me it's lovely! Thank you so much for helping her heart to heal!

Dissapointed!

This was a stunning item as displayed on line. I was in the market for a ctemation urn for my Mom's ashes that could easily fit in my living room decor without looking the part. I was totally willing to accept some deviation in the patterns due to the uniqueness of glass work, but the color was dark amber NOT chartreuse. Furthermore, the lid did not fit into the vase. I was disappointed that the artist did not show more pride in what he sent out specially with such an emotionally charged item. Customer service and refund process was great!
