Beautiful urn

The urn was beautiful, just what my husband would have wanted. Rebecca was wonderful to work with. I did have an “issue” with the brass plate (lettering was thick and thin, not consistent) so I called Rebecca, sent her pics and she was very understanding and promptly refunded my money. And when I got urn, it came from Oregon where I was born! Bonus!

VERY SATISFIED

WE HAD A CUSTOM MARKER MADE FOR MY NIECE AND IT TURNED OUT EXTREMELY NICE. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I'VE USED THIS COMPANY AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED. I ALSO WANT TO MENTION THAT MADISON WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL AND MADE A SAD EXPERIENCE MORE TOLERABLE.
