Some say that any animal is not truly happy in captivity, and we are essentially the captors of our pets. While this may stand to reason, any pet owner will most likely quickly argue this statement. Our pets certainly provide us with love, comfort, and laughter, but we, in turn, do the same for them. Alternatively, a spoiled cat finds no greater comfort than being petted and pampered, and practically demands the attention they so deserve. Indeed, anyone who truly loves their pet can attest to the fact that their pet is not only there for their mere entertainment, a captive with no alternative, but happy to be a part of a family that really enjoys and appreciates them, as much as they do us.
