Cross Comfort Stones

The cross has long since been a strong symbol of faith, love, and worship to a higher power. Many Christian-based religions incorporate this symbol into their practices, but contradictory to what many believe, the cross is not worshiped. Instead, it serves as a token of faith, and for many, it represents the selflessness that Jesus Christ embodied when he gave up his life for our sins. For those that are of a strong religious disposition, the cross can be a very comforting reminder that we are always surrounded by the glory of our higher power, and in all that we do, we should live up to the standards set forth by Christ's sacrifice. The cross then, becomes a symbol not of a supreme being that is to be hailed, but of the good that can be found in life, and in all of us.
