I was so pleased with the cross

I needed something to mark my daughters grave prior to the headstone being placed. The cross was very reasonably priced and is wonderfully crafted. I loved that I could place my own poem on it and now her grave is marked making it easier for loved ones to visit.

The finish was a lacquer clear coat, but the urn turned white upon contact with skin (oil?). But otherwise it looks very manly.

Beautifully hand craft. Smooth stone finish and light marble color has a touch of Asian. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Note: it's small ( fits a person size 5'4" 120lb) I ordered two. Debbie from Memorial.com thought there might be an error that I've hit same order twice. Very caring thoughtful of her to contact & confirm with me before sending the second urn. First urn arrived in 4 days. Beautiful. Second urn never came. After about 4 weeks waiting. I spoke to Debbie. She made an inquiry. FedEx confirmed they had delivered it to my address. Sadly I never got it. Debbie assured a replacement with will be send asap. I received my second urn in 4 days. Amazing!!! I really appreciated a prompt rectification, very efficient, caring service. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service

Although I just placed my order and haven't yet received the marker I ordered for our mom, I want to thank the staff for all the help given me in figuring out how to best handle a marker which I am ordering from Florida to be delivered to a sister in Virginia - both she and her husband work so accepting delivery could be a problem. Mom is buried in a small rural church cemetery so there is no office to handle things. Amelia gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and guided me through the order process to help reduce the chance of problems delaying the completion of the order. Many thanks to her and the rest of the staff. By the way, the prices here beat anything that I could get locally or at any other website that I checked.
