Pretty Nice

First thing is that this definitely is not big enough to fit a lock of hair. A few strands at best and it's hard to get them inside. Some of the detail on this pendant is worn as well, so it's not exactly as it should be. Looks like manufacturing defect. It does look nice though and other people won't really notice the defects.

Marker for Baby Aaron

This marker is amazing, no words can describe how I felt the first time I saw it. The images look just like my son and I feel so close to him when I visit the cemetery and get to see the photographs on his marker. Thank You so much for such great work. Other people around always stop by to see his marker because of how nice it is. It even made the news the day we celebrated the day of the dead (Mexican tradition).

Perfect after 10 years of Thinking and Looking

I lost my 26 year old son in 2004 to polar disorder - he took his life. For years his ashes have been in the closet. Recently, in Time magazine there was an article about urns for cremation ashes. I took one look at the pictures in the article, saw the tree urn, said that's the one for my Phil and went right to your Web site - didn't bother to shop around. He was a physical therapist, skier, cyclist, animal (and people) lover, had a green thumb and basically was attuned to nature and those around him despite his disorder. Now I can have him in my living room with my jungle of plants and my other "found" nature sculpture and he'll fit right in without other people even knowing! Although I don't think any family or friends that visit me have any problem with that!

A Blessing

Our son passed into life at 16 weeks gestation. My wife and I were looking at the different urns out there, and nothing seemed right until we found the lighthouse urn from Memorials.com. There is only one criticism I can really offer, and that is on the site the adult urn is featured in the picture for the infant urn. The company shortens the wrap for the infant urn, rather than scaling the image down to match the smaller infant urns size (not a complaint). My wife and I are extremely pleased and blessed by the end result. In the end we ended up with a dignified urn, that is not... for lack of better words tombstone-ish. Nor is it a little statuette, keep-sake that looks like it was bought in a dollar store and painted for you. We are very thankful for the work of employees at Memorials.com, and the respectful manner of the phone reps.

Good, affordable product

The only complaint I have is that 4 years after my son's death I had to fill in the letters carved into the stone with enamel paint to freshen them. The paint deteriorates over time.

I had the background color changed on both photos & some cropping done on one of them. I was given the opportunity to preview & approve the changes. After Memorials.com made the changes, the pictures looked like a perfectly matched pair. The finished products arrived much sooner than anticipated too. I was extremely pleased and will definitely use this service again in the future.
