Customer Reviews

Good company. Very good Customer Service.

The first urn I received was damaged due to packaging (not shipping). The replacement process was effortless and the customer service reps were wonderful. The 2nd urn I received had slight damage to one ear as well. I believe it was done by the way the manufacturer placed it in the original box. I chose to keep the imperfect urn and not return it though I am sure it wouldn't have been a problem given how I was treated the first time. I would definitely order again or recommend this company to others. I am very happy with your service.

The perfect way to honor a lost loved one

I bought this pendant to house my grandmother's remains after loosing her suddenly. It's absolutely beautiful and creates so much intrigue when worn. Everyone asks me about it and thinks it's lovely. It is also extremely easy to fill. But PLEASE make sure you crazy glue the cap in place. My mother got the same pendant and the bottom unscrewed while she was wearing it and she lost the cap and ashes. It was devastating.

Great Service and Nice Marker

The marker we order is exactly as specified and looks very nice. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating even for a custom order. The price was very competitive. The only drawback is the time it takes to manufacture a marker but, that is for any marker. I highly recommend Memorials.com

I had, before Memorials.com, bought the desired product from a different site and it arrived broken into over twenty pieces. You, thankfully, used a different shipping carrier and it arrived in tact. Thank you.

A Fitting Memorial

We were very pleased with the quality of the Evermore White Marble Urn. It was well constructed and looked beautiful. It was a fitting final resting place for our loved one.

Very Satisfied

The Dog Bone Urn is a beautiful, permanent, precious metal memorial for my dear 'family member'. It's made with a substantial amount of bronze and finished in a rough but gorgeous, rich, dark color. The bottom of the urn is relatively smooth, with a large opening also in the shape of a milk bone. The heavy bronze plate covering the opening is attached with 2 screws. I have only one modest suggestion. The screws that came with the urn were made of stainless steel (flat head 1/4 twenty's by 1/2"). I replaced them with solid bronze screws, which were easy to find on the internet. Although I was able to purchase only what I needed (50 cents each), a box of 100 costs less than $25. This would be a nice finishing touch to a solid bronze urn without greatly affecting the overall price.

Worth every penny

My mother ordered this urn after my father passed away. I was worried about the cost, and that maybe it would have been shabby for the price, but I was wrong. The marble is beautiful and edged nicely, the felt lining the bottom is quality, no glue marks anywhere. They do use sharpie to mark the marble so you know which side is which, but you can't see that once the bronze is attached. The bronze statue is really something. The detail is great, it's lined inside and outside. This urn is 43 pounds and solid. I know this urn will hold up, and my mother is very pleased with it. And I know my dad would be happy knowing he rests in such a well-made place. The packaging apparently worked, as it arrived safely without having any 'fragile' warnings on the box. Our UPS guy is also a really nice guy who takes care of our stuff.

Apricot Memorial Cremation Pendant

The plain black necklace it comes with is great but I feel like it could be more sturdy, mine broke with barley a tough. I know you can order others and that is a great idea I just started off with the basic because I ordered 3 this time and maybe more in my future so I all ready spent over $400 and to add the chains were just a little pricy for all ready spending that much, maybe that's just me. I love your product! Keep up the good work guy's! Facebook book it? I'll share it!

I purchased three of the Blue Waters Keepsake Urn; one for myself and one for each of my two children. I was very pleasantly surprised at the outstanding quality and weight of this urn. The colors are much more vivid that the picture captures. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and also the emails keeping us notified as to the status of the delivery. I would highly recommend Memorials.com.

Stunningly beautiful

The hanging plaque is simply beautiful! The engraving is perfect and the fact that the chain is adjustable is a great option. We have it hanging on the urn and it truly looks like it was there all the time. I will not hesitate to send people to your website to order. Thank you for providing such a wonderful product at an affordable price.
