Excellent Customer Service even when I had an issue

The pendant I purchased is beautiful and I am so grateful to keep my friend close to my heart. After ordering, I didn't receive the product when expected. I contacted customer service and the rectified the issue very quickly and personally. One note is to make sure to glue the pendant's threaded "screw" in. I initially lost the pendant because it fell off, but luckily it had not has ashes in it yet. So, "assemble" it with your loved ones ashes and make sure it's glued.

Candel Stand beside the urn

This was a great idea it goes right next to the urn and creates a peaceful setting. I bought two of them and put one in my office that way I have the memory in both places.

I just absolutely love my necklace. I don't even have the words to tell you how much I loved my pets and to have all three of them with me at all times is so special.I cried when I saw how beautiful it was and I cried when all 3 of their ashes fit inside, just like you promised. Sam Nall (Our Beloved Yorkie Dog Family Member)

The urn we ordered went above the expectations we were expecting. Well pleased with our purchase for our beloved Sam. We still have a Yorkie named Bella Donna, she is 10 years old and not in the best of health. We are doing all things possible to keep her as well as she can be, however, when the time comes, your company will be contacted for her final resting place.

This particular urn was the first one I ordered. I had to return it because it was far too small compared to what I needed. Debbie, your Customer Service person, was outstanding at helping me return the urn I could not use, and order the one I did want. Superior marks for Debbie! Would recommend your company to anyone for the quality of the urn I bought, but mostly because of Debbie's superior Customer Service.

Always & Forever Urn

The only issue I had was with delivery. Your requiring a signature upon delivery was not made clear in the ordering process. UPS would not allow me to leave a signed form indicating to leave the package and this was very inconvenient. Had I known this up front, I would not have ordered as I am rarely home during the day. (Memorials.com comment: This is to protect the item from being stolen when left at the door)

Durable, easy to seal, easy to fill

The only thing I can say about this necklace is that the thread wares easily, but that is not the important part. The little urn has treated my husband and I well, as it allows us to carry our precious little angel with us anywhere we are. This rating is from a year after a friend purchased this particular little urn for us.

The essence of our life together

The quality of this pendant is so beautiful. Many years ago here in Canada my husband had my engagement ring (which became my wedding ring) made with a ruby for the heart and sapphires and diamonds in the crown to represent us and our children. It is a symbol of our love. This pendant just represents so much of who he was and what our love was. The detail and quality could not have been better.

This pendant is for my son who tried to find something to represent his dad. Your site did not have any nice goalie or knight pendants and so he picked the next best thing that he would wear and does represent his father. Again the quality is soooo good.

High quality pendant

The pendant was satisfyingly heavy, and the engraving was very nicely done. There was a small problem with the little picture frame on the inside staying in place, but a tiny bit of adhesive fixed it.
