Wow

I ordered the urn with free shipping, and it came earlier than I expected. The urn is beautiful and 1/5 of the almost the same as the one I would pick out at the funeral home.

A proper final touch

Ordered this to give the final touch to my aunt's marble urn. It is beautifully made and was engraved expertly. Only minor flaw is the clasp at the end of the chain is stubborn to work with and fell off while trying to get it closed. It was however easily fixed.

Top Notch Urn

I was really hesitating buying an urn online, but decided to give it a try and it was the best decision of my life. This urn is absolutely fantastic in appearance and quality and is almost identical to one I looked at in a local funeral home for double the price. The urn arrived next day beautifully and securely boxed. I can now truly rest in peace knowing my aunt, who was very special to me, has a beautiful final resting place. Thank you.

Great Company to Deal With

I have ordered multiple times from Memorials.com, their customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with one of the urns I purchased, I contacted customer service and in no time a replacement urn was sent. I really appreciated their prompt reply and concern, especially when you are dealing with the passing of a beloved pet. I will shop with Memorials.com again when the time comes.

Excellent customer service

The urn we purchased is beautiful and we are very happy with it. What I was most pleased about was the customer service, I needed to know that the urn would ship on the day that I ordered it and the person I spoke with went to check to make sure it shipped that day, called me back and let me know it did, I really appreciated that and it put my mind at ease.

Cylinder with Paws Cremation Pendant

Only regret is that I didn't have it engraved. (Memorials.com recommends: You could take the cremation pendant to a local Jewelry Shop and have them engrave it)

Red Rose Keepsake Urn

I bought the two urns for myself and my daughter. They now contain the ashes of my mom. The urns are excellent in both quality made and appearance, since my mom was a huge fan of her roses in her garden. I was more than pleased when the urns were sent with the pink felted heart shaped display cases. I was not aware this was to be included. I will certainly share my happy purchase experience with others.

Un-Urn-Like

This is the 3rd wooden urn I have bought over the past 6 years for all of our kitties that have passed away. They are excellent quality & the main reason I love them it because it does not look like an urn. Love the magnet idea for the photo so if we want to switch it out we can. Unfortunately when you are buying this quality product it is not a happy time, but I think most people will find that this wooden urn is the way to go to help celebrate the life of their pet (s).
