I thought the bag to put the ashes in could have been a little more durable and seal better. A twist tie from a loaf of bread? Maybe a zip lock bag if you are going to include something. Otherwise the the solid walnut wood impressed me and the finish is very well done.

Cherub Heart Pendant - Beautiful Craftmanship

The Cherub Heart Pendant was delivered ahead of schedule, and is of the finest quality silver, beautifully engraved. This is the 2nd pendant I've given. The first was for a dear friend who lost her son 4 years ago. This pendant still looks brand new today. I've recently purchased another Cherub Heart Pendant for a friend who lost her baby girl. She couldn't believe how beautiful it was and how much it looks just like a pendant. No one would know what it was unless you wanted to tell them. Thank you for helping to bring a little peace.

I didn't know that all the urns were handmade. Ours came in a timely manner and it is lovely. It is nice to know that we already have our final resting place before we die and our children will not have to worry about this part of our journey. Thank you for the quality products you sell.

Taking Time To Make A Difference

I ordered a necklace for my mother as a Christmas gift. After unpacking my item, I set the packaging on the table and walked away to admire my purchase. Upon returning to the table, I had to do a double take because on the bubble wrap was a yellow post it note that said, "Happy Holidays". I was shocked to see that an employee of this company took the time to hand write a note and place it on the packaging. This made the gift all the more personal and I felt compelled to contact the company to thank them. I spoke with a woman and she was a pleasure to speak with. Unfortunate circumstances lead to purchases like this, but I will plan to keep this company in mind for a very long time. Customer service, shipping time (even around Christmas) and overall rating in my opinion was EXCEPTIONAL!
