We loved this urn. My Dad was a big fan of eagles. The urn fit him perfectly in all respects and it is displayed in my Moms living room.

The product was fine and was as advertised. I did, however, pay and extra $40 for second day delivery and it did not arrive in two days. (Answer: Weekends are not included)

Love this pendant.

The chain came next day, they sent me the wrong pendant at first, however the day after receiving the wrong pendant they sent out the correct one through the two day shipping. Other than that, I love the pendant. It's beautiful and I love being able to keep my pup close to me.

The only problem I had was in the photo the urn looked pink... I guess it was because of the silver on it.

Memorials.com gave me 1 less thing to worry about

I still can't believe how easy this process was. Which was especially helpful when life throws you a curve ball. F-I-L died while out of town and things got complicated quickly. This was the least of my worries. Also, one of our pieces had been discontinued but CS team at Memorials worked and found another to make it for us and STILL got it to us on time and at the same price. Really unbelievable. Thank you very much.

A few flaws

The bottom cap had problems. It was slightly out of round and I needed pliers to take it off. The pendant is beautiful and once I got it back together, I'm satisfied with it.

Something for Everyone.

My husband loved working with wood. I wanted to find something that looked like something he himself would have made. There were several that we liked but the beauty and simplicity of this particular urn, seemed almost to speak to us. The first person that saw it, said "it looks like something he would have made"! It is now sitting on a piece of furniture that he did make and I can admire it and think of him every day.
